My restaurant has used Smithfield Wine since opening and, despite testing the market, we have stuck with them because they are so responsive to our specific requirements and operation. Whilst you might find slightly cheaper elsewhere, it's proven insignificant compared to the quality, individuality, relevance and range of wines to our business, and the personable, friendly and owner-led customer service we receive. They even have a huge range of Vegan/Vegetarian & Fairtrade wines. I'm sure they're great for non-trade too. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the courier company lost my order, and that was nothing to do with Smithfield Wine, however each email was answered within minutes. & a replacement sent straight away and they handled the situation the VERY best they could. George is a lovely man who did everything he could to help and kept in regular contact every step of the way.
