Brilliant lemon yellow. A complex bouquet of hay and mown grass that is intense and lively. Smooth, fresh, while still elegant on the palate. Delicious, particularly if not served too cold. As it has a well structured acidity, it may even improve in the bottle.

Vallformosa Reserva 1997
An alluring intensity, ruby colouring with brick-red notes. Aromas of vintage bouquet, provided by the oak barrel. We also find spice and smoked aromas with notes of jam, dried figs and mint. Warm in the mouth, sensitive and silky, well developed, prolonged and rounded. It enjoys smooth well merged tannins allowing for a long finish.

An intense cherry red with ochre and mahogany shades, with a dark heart. An aroma that opens up as the glass warms, reminiscent of wild fruits and coffee, complex, with toasted notes and a smokey foundation. A good body, velvety, with sensations of new oak. Rounded and well developed, with a good structure. It has a long finish, the result of the well blended tannins. Promotes the best of Tempranillo and Cabernet. For those special occasions.

Full, deep cherry red with a violet rim. Richly aromatic, intense nose of ripe plums, figs and cassis. The palate is full, powerful and rich, with lively, sweet tannins. The finish is long, showing a fine mineral character and notes of dried fruit.
