Q1 - What is the minimum order I can place for wines?

There is no minimum order requirement. However the minimum delivery charge is £7.50 up to a mixed case so it makes sense to order up to 12 bottles.


Q2 - Is it safe to order using my credit/debit card on your site?

Yes. Once you reach the stage where you have to enter you credit card information, you will be automatically connected to a Secure Server. If you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser, you will see a small, secured yellow padlock at the bottom right hand side of your screen. This indicates that it is safe for you to proceed with your order.


Q3 - I am still a little uneasy about using my credit/debit card on the Internet. Are there any other ways I can order?

Yes, you can also phone, fax or e-mail your order to us. We will accept your credit card details over the telephone.
