This successful wine aims to follow the modern trend pioneered by New World wines, with a refreshing injection of Tempranillo. Intense dark cherry red in colour. The characteristic notes of violets and plums from the Syrah combine with the Tempranillo’s red cherries and stewed fruit. The spicy Syrah characters blend well with the toasty oak.

This is a 100% Chardonnay with a lovely clean buttery yellow colour. The nose has rich aromas of tropical fruits and a hint of spice. It has spent a short time in contact with oak, but the fruit is not diminished, rather it has an added complexity. There is a good, cleanly balanced acidity and an excellent length.

Raimat Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
A wonderful dark purple colour with all the signature aromas of blackcurrant and other black fruits. The fruit is not over-awed by the oak but there is a hint of spice and vanilla, which adds good complexity. The tannins are solid but with excellent balance and provide the wine with good maturing potential. A well crafted wine from this very good winery.

Its dark cherry colour is the result of exceptional ripeness. The soil and microclimate of the vineyard help the richness and the aromatic qualities of the Tempranillo grape, whose fruit has been nurtured in the vineyard for optimum quality. Intense black cherry colour. Various and complex aromas of black plum and spices. Powerful and harmonious in the mouth: good presence and velvety tannins that promise an outstanding improvement in the bottle.
