Burgundy Classic Wines

Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Marie Louise Parisot 2005/6
A good example of a straightforward Pinot Noir. Selected from vineyards in the Côte D'Or and Côte Chalonnaise. The wine is aged in pièces for 9 months before bottling. This process helps to soften the tannins so that they become ripe and velvety.
