Crystal clear with hints of gold. Clean on the nose with subtle hints of apple and grass. This is a vigorous typical Chablis with good minerality.

A full yellow/gold colour with a surprisingly ripe honeyed nose. It has some minerality mixed with the tropical fruit and melon. A ripe palate with good length. A classic and classy white Burgundy which hasn't been overpriced.

Chablis, Gloire de Chablis, J. Moreau et Fils 2006/7
As with all Chablis wine it is 100% Chardonnay. Pale and bright gold in colour it is a clean, dry wine with a flinty grapefruit nose. The flavour is fresh and crisp, elegant and mineral with flavours of citrus peel. It is fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for maximum flavour. A great example of a Chablis from one of the most respected producers in the area.

Pale gold with ripe apple, honey and luscious floral aromas. Concentrated peach, quince and intensely fresh citrus flavours backed by the minerality and impressive depth reminiscent of a fine classic Chablis Grand Cru. Superb with oysters or grilled fish.

The colour is intense ruby and bright. Delicate nose of red fruits (raspberry) and flowers (violet). The tannins are round and distinguished. This wine distinguishes itself by a special length of intense flowery notes.
