Again from Zaragoza. Mostly Garnacha and macerated for only a few hours. Great acidity and colour and piles of strawberry and raspberry aromas and flavours.

Nuviana Chardonnay 2006
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that are picked at optimum ripeness and fermented in stainless steel to produce a crisp, clean Chardonnay style. It has aromas of peach and flowers followed by a palate with lots of tropical fruit character. It has a wonderful fresh and clean taste, well-balanced acidity and an elegant finish. Great value.

Nuviana Chardonnay 2006

Nuviana Tempranillo/Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
A blend of 60% Tempranillo and 40% Cabernet lets the characteristics of both varieties show through. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel. They are then blended and matured in American oak barrels 50% new and 50% second use. The aromas have all the black fruits you would expect from the Cabernet along with the spices from the Tempranillo. The palate follows on with those same fruits and subtle oak character and a good finish.
