Valsotillo Crianza is proof, if proof were needed, that Ribera offers more intensity and weight than Rioja. Deep garnet in colour with typical Ribera notes of cassis, menthol and hung meat which continue on to a weighty, mouthfilling palate with considerable structure and complexity. A robust wine which is at it's best with food.
