Ukuva iAfrica U-Tube Salsa Blend is a dry red wine from the Paarl region of South Africa. The winemaker, Miles Mossop has produced an unique blend that is aromatic with dark roasted spices and dried herbs. Bitter chocolate and black pepper lends depth to this warm, juicy, round and supple blend of mourvedre, pinotage, petit verdot, merlot, shiraz, malbec, grenache and finally, cabernet franc.
