It has prominent aromas and flavours of dark fruits, liquorice, cassis, vanilla and chocolate all from time spent in oak barrels, all on a spicy background. Tishbi Estate Merlot 2006 is actually 95% Merlot with 5% Cabernet Franc added for its tannins and longevity producing quite a complex wine.
