Tishbi Estate Chardonnay 2008 is a full-bodied dry white wine made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Tishbi Estate Vineyards and harvested by hand. Tishbi Estate Chardonnay carries the exotic aromas of apricot, melon and peaches. The wine undergoes a process of slow fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel vats and oak barrels.
