A full yellow/gold colour with a surprisingly ripe honeyed nose. St. Veran, Les Doux Moulins, Louis Latour has some minerality mixed with the tropical fruit and melon. A ripe palate with good length. A classic and classy white Burgundy which hasn't been overpriced.
