We have put together a selection of wines from 3 different South American countries. From Chile there is Kintu Sauvignon Blanc and their signature red variety, Vistamar Carmenere. From Argentina there are two regional classics, an Elementos Torrontes full of exotic fruit and baking spices and a classic rich Sol de Mayo Malbec - ideal for your steak and summer barbecues. From Uruguay there is a rich and fruity Catamayor Chardonnay Viognier and a blend of Catamayor Merlot and Tannat for the red. To get the best from the red either decant it or pour it into your glass a couple of hours before drinking. The Tannat needs air to expand and give of its best. It will certainly repay your patience.
