Sol de Mayo Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes from the high altitude vineyards of the Mendoza region of Argentina, this Cabernet Sauvignon is dark in colour and bursting with blackcurrant and raspberries on the nose. The fruit follows through to the palate to give a medium bodied wine with rounded tannins giving a medium length. It is a great wine for drinking with pasta or tomato based stews.
