Aged in French oak for six months, with another six months in the bottle. Rincon Privado Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 is deep ruby red in colour with juicy blackcurrant aromas. On the palate it is elegant and smooth, with spicy notes and concentrated cassis flavours.
