Prosecco Fantinel Extra Dry is gloriously light and bright with lots of fine bubbles. Dry, without being acidic. Light, but with lots of citrus and peach flavours. A great example of what a well crafted Prosecco should taste like. The best aperitif there is (personal comment!)
