Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 is produced by the Jordan Family from their vineyard in the Stellenbosch region of South Africa.
Fermented in stainless stell but matured for 18 moinths in French oak barrels. It is only lightly pressed to produce an intense and full-flavoured wine, full of ripe berry flavours, balanced by soft, ripe tannins and a rich toasty and long finish. Drinking well now but will improve with aging - if you can leave it alone!! Well worth it's price tag.
