Fynbos Shiraz Reserve 2010 is deep, dark garnet in colour with an intense aroma of rich dried fruit and hints of vanilla. The palate is full of those dried fruits and dark berry fruits as well as a hint of pepper spice. It is full and rich with smooth tannins. A great wine with strong meats like Venison and wild boar but equally happy going solo.
