Fynbos Sauvignon Blanc 2011 has a very pale straw colour with a classic Sauvignon nose full of tropical fruits and ripe gooseberries. The palate is rich in green apple, tropical fruits and elderflower with medium body and length. Fine for drinking on its own or great with salads and grilled fish.
