Famiglia Fabiano Prosecco Spumante Extra Brut Castello 4357 DOC has been named after the address of the very first Fabiano wine business, Via Castello 4357, just off St Mark's Square in Venice. It's a wonderful prosecco at a smashing price. Pale straw colour with greenish hues and a light, persistent mousse, it has a floral and delicate peach character on the nose and expressive fruit flavours on the palate. This business, which is still run by the family (now under the custodianship of Alessandro - but still 'enjoying' the watchful eye of his father), has produced something which is the essence of Venice!
