Esprit de Parenchere 2008 is the Chateau’s exceptional blend, made for the first time in 2008 with grapes from the 2005 vintage. Only 6000 bottles made. Made from grapes from the best 2 plots on the estate where all the vines are over 50 with very low yields with only 3 bunches of grapes being permitted on each vine. The wine is aged for 14 months in new oak casks. It is a highly concentrated very elegant wine. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot 20% Cabernet Franc. All numbered bottles.
