Produced in the foothills of the Andes in San Juan region Elementos Shiraz Rosé is a world away from the light frothy white zinfandels that California produces. It is a deep rose colour, akin to Cranberry juice. It has a wonderful nose of raspberries and redcurrants and has lots of vibrant fruit on the palate - as you would expect from it's Australian wine maker - Peter Bright. Even though it is definately fruit forward it has a dry finish which means it is a great rosé for drinking with seafood and even has enough body to cope with barbeque food
