Produced by Ernst Loosen, winner of the IWC White Winemaker of the Year 2005. Dr. Loosen Riesling is a very typical Riesling from the Mosel characterised by a fragrant nose with a hint of honey and green apricot fruit, all of which follow through on the off-dry palate together with leesy, mineral hints. Refreshing, juicy acidity and a touch of spritz add fine balance, very, very good and dangerously quaffable! Excellent with spicy foods.
