Doorly's Gold 5 Year Old is very well developed for a 5 year old, great for sipping or mixing, excellent tropical fruit nose, toasted coconut and oak palate and vanilla and butternut on the finish. R.L. Seale have been in the rum business since 1820 and the expertise has been passed from father to son, today the distillery produces rums for both the export and domestic market which are produced at the Foursquare Distillery, the site of a former sugar factory dating back to 1636. Today's plant is one of the most modern and efficient distilleries in the world and is also very environmentally friendly.
