Chateau de Parenchere Blanc Sec 2009

Kosher
Château de Parenchere blanc sec 2009 is a classic assemblage of semillon, sauvignon and muscadelle, this wine is elegant and refreshing.Using old Cabernet Franc vines that were grafted, this entirely hand harvested white wine is made from the three major Bordeaux white varieties: 70% Sauvignon, 20% Semillon 10% Muscadelle. This blend contributes directly to the balance of the wine. The Sauvignon produces aromatic strength and freshness, while the Semillon complements this with a certain degree of roundness on the palate. The Muscadelle adds intense white flower notes to the aromatic range of the finished wine. Chateau de Parenchere Blanc Sec is a white wine with intense gooseberry and citrus fruit aromas, which is both fresh and round. On the palate there's a herby background with layers of gooseberry and pineapple. Its balance makes it an ideal accompaniment for fish and seafood.
