Chateau de Claribes Maison 2005 is a smooth easy drinking wine, around 50/50 Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Lots of dark fruits like blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry. It has aromas of vanilla and oak, it's long in the mouth and sweet without being like jam. At the right temperature you can drink this wine anytime. Everyone asks has this wine been in barrels? No it's just the natural expression of the fruit from a great vintage. Allergen free and very low in sulphites.
