Chateau Coujan Gabrielle de Spinola is an AOC Saint Chinian wine from the Languedoc region of France. Produced by a father and daughter partnership who are carrying on a family tradition. This is a delightful red wine with a palate full of dark berry fruit but with sufficient tannins to give body and length. It can be enjoyed young but improves with age. If you are looking for a new wine to try you could do far worse than give one a try. Excellent with wild boar sausages.
