Chateau Bauduc Bordeaux Superieur Rouge 2007

Chateau Bauduc Bordeaux Superieur Rouge 2007

Kosher
A super vintage when they could harvest a la carte - as and when they wanted - after a beautiful summer. A blend of 70% merlot and the rest cabernet sauvignon, all from the vines on the slopes around the chateau, this tasty claret was aged in French oak. Chateau Bauduc Bordeaux Superieur Rouge 2007 is a classically styled, medium-bodied Bordeaux and was chosen as the house wine at Gordon Ramsay's new Maze Grill in London. Serve with all the usual suspects like, er, roast meats.
