Chateau Bauduc Bordeaux Blanc Sec 2009

Chateau Bauduc Bordeaux Blanc Sec 2009

Kosher
Chateau Bauduc Bordeaux Blanc Sec 2009 is the house white at Gordon Ramsay's restaurants and a 'special selection' at Rick Stein's, this 2009 Bordeaux Blanc is arguabley the best made so far. Crisp, dry and delicious, the wine is made from 95% sauvignon blanc and 5% barrel fermented semillon from carefully cultivated vines near the chateau. The grapes were picked before dawn to keep the flavours bright and fresh. A versatile wine with soft citrus flavour and a lovely balance: great as an aperitif or with all sorts of lighter meals including salads and fish, shellfish and starters.
