As with all Chablis this Reserve de Montaigu, J Moreau et Fils 2010 is 100% Chardonnay – this one at a yield of 60 hl/ha.It has a pale gold colour with a lovely fruity nose full of lime and pineapple but with that mineral hint that you would expect from a Chablis. It is very fresh on the palate with up front fruit but it has added depth to the structure and a long, smooth finish.
