A lovely, delicate blend of the aromatic Viognier and a fruity unoaked Chardonnay. Pale straw in colour, it has a delicate very fruity aroma. The taste of Castillo Viejo Catamayor Viognier/Chardonnay 2009 is dry and smooth with touches of apricots and honey. It has an excellent length of flavour and is great with Thai and Malaysian foods.
