This is a good quality crisp and dry Cava. It has plenty of citrus and green apple flavours and lots of fine long lasting bubbles, as you would expect as it is made by the tradional method. A great value, easy drinking fizz to serve as an aperitif, with light food or any time you feel like you need a bit of sparkle in your day.
