Bottega Vinai Trentino Pinot Grigio 2010 is rich and round with distinct floral, apple and citrus notes on the nose. On the palate it shows honeyed, nutty flavours balanced by crisp, lemony acidity. Good weight and texture through to the finish.
Excellent with seafood risottos, baked fish and cold white meats.
