We have included some classics in this selection, with a Tindall Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough and a great Shiraz from the Barossa Valley, Cranswick Estate Shiraz. The Australian Chardonnay,Soldier's Block is a bit of surprise because it is a light and unoaked version rather than the big buttery version that is synonymous with the region. So that you can try something different from the region we have included a wonderfully dry Pinot Gris from the only Maori owned producer in New Zealand, Tohu Pinot Gris. From Australian winemaker Simon Hackett there is a rich and fragrant old vine Grenache and so that there is something for all tastes we have included a Pinot Noir from Tindall in New Zealand, full of the strawberry and raspberry flavours of summer.
