The Pinot Noir grapes from the Maule Valley of Chile have been blended into Alfasi Reserve Pinot Noir 2007, a well-structured wine with hints of strawberries and plums but with a slight vegetal nuance that is typical of the variety. Enough complexity to sit well with veal and chicken dishes as well as good drinking on it’s own.
