Adobe Reserva Sauvignon Blanc is a delightful made from organically grown grapes in the Casablanca region. It has all of the crispness that you would expect from a well crafted Chilean wine but it has even more aromatics on the nose and a wonderful additional taste of passionfruit on the palate. Not as heavily acidic as some sauvignons which makes it a great choice for those who are less tolerant of acid.
