1489 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2007

1489 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is a sweet, full flavoured, red fruited wine with up-front fruit character. On the palate the tannins are smooth, well structured yet elegant resulting in a wine with serious character, bramble fruit and a characteristic savoury, bitter twist on the finish.
Ideal with red meat dishes or game, and hard cheese such as Pecorino.
