Bright and elegant yellow-green colour. Fruity and aromatic with fresh floral grapey notes. Reminiscent of roses. Fresh, young and lightly fruity, a flavoursome palate that matches the nose. Good balance and body. Well defined varietal.

Rincon Privada Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Aged in French oak for six months, with another six months in the bottle; deep ruby red in colour with juicy blackcurrant aromas. On the palate it is elegant and smooth, with spicy notes and concentrated cassis flavours.

Rincon Privado Malbec 2004
Intense ruby red colour. Deep pure fruit aroma, dominated by red berries coupled with a delicate spicy touch that gives great character. The palate shows lovely intense fruit, full of ripeness but also very elegant. Very good concentration given by vivid fruit and some spicy notes. Medium structure with round tannins. Beautiful balance and juicy acidity.

La Famiglia Fabiano's new Prosecco has been named after the address of the very first Fabiano wine business, Via Castello 4357, just off St Mark's Square in Venice.
It's a wonderful prosecco at a smashing price. Pale straw colour with greenish hues and a light, persistent mousse, it has a floral and delicate peach character on the nose and expressive fruit flavours on the palate.
This business, which is still run by the family (now under the custodianship of Alessandro - but still 'enjoying' the watchful eye of his father), has produced something which is the essence of Venice!
